Thank you for your interest in a new Lutheran Church in Mooresville, NC, and for this opportunity to tell you more about the vision, mission, and beliefs of our church.

     Our church emphasizes the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in accordance with solid Lutheran (LCMS) doctrine (teaching), which is grounded in the unchanging Word of God, both for those who come to the church and for those who we reach out to.

New Hope Missions Church is focused on serving others with the hope of Christ. In fact, we’re passionate about helping people see the goodness, grace, and love of God for them!

     We’re also committed to being a church with an external focus.  Consequently, we strive to be contemporary and relevant without apology, taking seriously the church's mandate from God to reach those who are disconnected from Him, most of whom are no longer reached by traditional church structures and worship forms.  Our worship service is therefore also contemporary, informal and relevant, with teaching that is authentic, Bible-based and applicable to your life. 

     We believe the best way to reach disconnected people is through establishing genuine relationships with them (to become friends, not just so that we can "share the gospel" with them), and by serving others in various ways, thereby showing God's love.  We invite you to join us in serving the community and being engaged in missions, locally, nationally, and around the world.
